To support students growth and development at school by undertaking following activities:
- Psychometric Tests: Conduct Psychometric tests which are designed to assess the potential and ability of the students and help them choose a rewarding subject/career stream.
- Career Fairs: Organise career fairs, Career information seminars and career counselling sessions focussed on career options available across the globe to the students.
- Teachers Workshop: Organise Teachers Training Workshops to help them deal with students social, behavioural and personal problems. Contents would also include topics like Creativity in Teaching, Managing Stress, Public Speaking, Physical, emotional and spiritual health of teachers and Conflict Management to name a few.
- Students Workshop: Provide help to students for the development of life skills needed to enhance their personal, social and academic growth. Contents would include Self awareness package, Group counseling sessions, Personality development and guidance, Motivational modules to tackle the problems of underachievement and tackling specific problems of the students (study habits, adolescent issues etc.).
- Parents Orientation Programme: The programme would consist of group sessions on Importance of Parental assistance in selection of career and stream for their child and Effective parenting capsule which would address growing up issues of children.
